Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the aldin99 platform, the User hereby acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy referred to within.

If a User does not agree with any part of these Terms, they are required to stop using the aldin99 platform and close any account that has been registered.

3. Eligibility and Registration

• Register only one personal account in their own name. Registering an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.

aldin99 reserves the right to require Users to submit identity verification documents such as a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport for account verification purposes at any time. Users who fail to provide the required documents within the specified period may face account suspension or closure.

4. Account Management

Each User is fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. aldin99 recommends that Users use a strong password and not share login information with anyone.

If a User suspects that their account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, they must contact the aldin99 support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. aldin99 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access caused by the User's own negligence.

aldin99 reserves the right to suspend or close a User's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached any provision of these Terms.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

aldin99 supports a variety of payment methods for the convenience of Users in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The deposit and withdrawal terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM50.
• Minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM100.
• Valid withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour after verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or digital wallet registered in the name of the same User.
• aldin99 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawal requests.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account information provided is accurate. aldin99 is not responsible for any delays or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete payment information.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

aldin99 offers various promotions and bonuses to Users from time to time. The use of any bonus is subject to the specific terms stated alongside the relevant offer.

For the aldin99 welcome bonus, the following terms apply:

• A bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus value received. For example, if you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM120, and the total wagering amount that must be reached before withdrawal is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fully met.
• aldin99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the aldin99 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tools to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
• Opening more than one account for the purpose of gaining benefits from promotions unlawfully.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Carrying out any financial transactions related to illegal activities or money laundering.
• Spreading misleading or defamatory information about aldin99 to other parties.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform through technical or other means.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all fund balances in the account, and appropriate legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Amendment of Terms

aldin99 reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes that come into effect will be published on the aldin99 platform and take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the aldin99 platform after any changes to the Terms have taken effect will be considered full acceptance of the amended Terms. Users are advised to check this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The aldin99 platform operates under a valid international licence. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the platform or these Terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution process established by the relevant licensing authority.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the licensing authority, and the decision of that body will be final and binding on both parties.
